The idea behind the design of the parmenter house was a blend of contemporary and colonial elements. Soft gray cabinetry and mint green subway tiles contrast the rich ceiling beams and warm wood flooring. The design of the kitchen creates wrap around seating, in order to maximize the flow from kitchen to dining spaces.
