My extensive experience in construction and design allows me to guide you from start in the right direction. This is the time to discuss your wish list and must-haves, overall budget (design and construction), timelines, and style for your happy place.

As some of my clients can testify, this is also the time I may fix a stuck pop-up drain, a sticky drawer or a broken bulb. I am a hands-on designer and a problems solver, qualities you will experience during the entire design process.
 
Unless the project scope is very small, I will write a custom and fixed rate contract
that outlines design fees and itemized services: measurements, style research,
construction drawings, construction bid review, meetings with contractors,
all the way to decor set-up and final touch-ups.
