FAIRLAWN

The fairlawn house was designed with the idea of family and gathering at its heart. Before, yellow, outdated cabinetry made the space feel closed off and small. The island didn't offer seating or much counter space. Now, new, soft white cabinetry opens up the space. The oversized island becomes a much needed prep space and every day seating area for gathering. The light color palette of cabinetry and walls contrasts the rich wood flooring.
