This 4800 sf property had its 1990 original fixtures and design, which did not fit their new owners' lifestyle. Except the basement, we renovated each corner of this beautiful property abutting conservation land, and even worked with the owners to design an extended deck that was respecting the septic system setbacks. One owner being from Italian decent, we used gorgeous marble tiles in the kitchen, foyer, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
